Human Resource Management in Personal Management

Question: Discuss about human resource management in personal management. Answer: Human Resource Management (HRM) is the process by which an organization manages its skilled workforce. It takes into account the responsibility of recruitment, selection, proper orientation and induction, performance and appraisal, providing compensation and benefits to motivate the staff, maintaining relation with the trade unions and labour force and also takes care of employees safety and health (Beer et al., 2014). Personal Management is a process of record keeping of the employees at an operational level like attendance, maintaining performance record, etc.. It involves the maintenance of fair terms and conditions of the personnel by efficiently managing their track records in every aspect.
